Tangic provides corporate print and promotional product services, including but not limited to:

• Custom branded merchandise
• Promotional products
• Corporate print materials
• Design and customisation services

Orders and Pricing

Quotes

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on quantity, specifications, and market conditions.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout.

Minimum Orders

Many of our products have minimum order quantities. These are clearly displayed on each product page.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.

Artwork and Design

Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing artwork that meets our specifications. We will provide artwork guidelines upon request.

Proofs

Digital proofs will be provided for approval before production begins. It is the customer's responsibility to check proofs carefully for errors.

Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they have the right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted to us. Tangic accepts no liability for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

Production and Delivery

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the product and quantity ordered. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of quotation.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Tangic is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Inspection

Customers should inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless:

• The product is defective or damaged
• The product does not match the approved proof
• We have made an error in production

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Limitation of Liability

Tangic's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
